Mobile Passport Device: Seattle, Phoenix, Sunnyvale and Honolulu

The Consulate General of Finland in Los Angeles will process passports and ID cards in the locations listed below. The application must be submitted in person and by appointment only.

Passport applications are printed at the time of the appointment and can be processed only if the applicant possesses their Finnish personal identification number, and when their personal information in the Finnish Population Information System is correct and up-to-date (e.g., name changes and birth of a child). 

The applicant shall ensure that their personal information is correct, according to the Population Information Act (661/2009). The information can be checked on the Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s website once a year free of charge: Individual customers (Link to another website.)

The Consulate General reserves the right to cancel / postpone the trip.
