  • Digital transformation and applications: including health, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, and built environments

A Statement of Mutual Cooperation was signed by Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Finland’s Minister for Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade Ville Skinnari on December 14, 2022.
