A Statement of Mutual Cooperation was signed by Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Finland’s Minister for Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade Ville Skinnari on December 14, 2022.
Finland also maintains a diplomatic presence in Texas through its Consulate General in Houston.
