Consulate General of Finland in New York brings the portable passport unit to Dallas (TX) in May 2022

Consulate General of Finland in New York will bring the portable passport unit to Dallas (TX) May 10-13th. An appointment for passport renewal is required and the application must be submitted in person. Identity card applications are also accepted.

Passport applications can only be processed if the applicant has a Finnish personal identification number and when their personal information in the Finnish Population Information System is accurate and up-to-date (e.g., name and citizenship/s). According to the Population Information Act (661/2009), the applicant shall ensure that the personal information is correct.

Personal data can be checked from Digital and Population Data Services Agency once a year free of charge.
