Where to apply for a visa?
If your country of destination is Finland, apply for a visa from the nearest Finnish mission or the visa centre that the mission advises to you. Honorary consuls and consulates cannot grant visas.
It has been agreed with some countries that Finland may be represented by another Schengen state(Link to another website.) (Opens New Window). In such cases, apply for a visa to Finland from the mission of that Schengen state.
Submit your visa application at a mission or visa centre in person. An application cannot be sent by e-mail or telefax.
VFS Global Visa Center
Kosovar citizens' visa application needs to be submitted through Finland visa center(Link to another website.) (Opens New Window) in Pristina. (Opens New Window) or by calling VFS Global customer service at 0900 111 22. VFS Global customer service is open from 09.00 to 16.00 Monday to Friday. The Embassy of Finland in Pristina accepts a very limited number of Schengen visa applicants with a prior appointment. In case you submit the visa application at the Embassy the payment is made only through bank transfer. Proof of payment must be available during application. Please see instructions at Visa fee.
