Kosovo: travel documents to Finland

Holders of a biometric passport and holders of a diplomatic passport to the Schengen area and Finland, including persons living in the Kosovo region holding biometric passports granted by the Coordination Directorate of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia in Belgrade. These passports are marked MUP R SRBIJE, KOORDINACIONA UPRAVA.
