Customer service of the Consular Section

Please note that we require a prior appointment for all visitors to the Embassy. The appointments are booked online. If you are unable to attend your appointment, kindly cancel it well in advance. 

The appointments are opened one calendar month at a time. Slots can be booked from every third monday of the month before from 14:00. For example, slots for July will be open for booking on 19.6. If the booking system does not show any appointments, the appointments are fully booked. You can track possible cancellations in the appointment booking system.

Please also note that the Embassy does not have a customer toilet.

Passports, identity cards, citizenship and notarial services

All customers are required to pre-book an appointment via our online appointment booking system (except in emergencies).

If you have been informed that your travel document is ready and you wish to receive it by post, do get in touch with us (postage of 7 GBP will need to be paid into Embassy's account prior to posting). 

Customer service for visas to Finland
