Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb to visit London

On 11 November Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb will make a visit to London, where he will meet with UK Foreign Secretary William Hague. Foreign Minister Carl Bildt of Sweden will also be at the meeting.

In addition, Foreign Minister Stubb will deliver a talk at the London School of Economics and he will take part in a high-level seminar of the Daimler Forum.

The foreign ministers will discuss topical EU matters and foreign policy issues as well as cooperation related to these topics. They will focus on key topical issues such as the situations in the Middle East, Afghanistan, Iran and Sudan. Enlargement of the European Union, the European External Action Service, and economic coordination and the EU budget will also be discussed.
