Consulate appointments for passport and identity cards, citizenship notary matters

Consulate appointments can be booked through the new electronic appointment booking service https://finlandappointment.fi/.

New appointments are always opened for one month at a time.

The appointments between 3.8. - 14.9. will be open on 17th July.

Due to the move of the Embassy, the customer service is closed from 15th to 18th September.

The appointments between 21st September to 31th October will be open on 1st September, the November appointments will be open on 17th October and December appointments on 17th November.
