Turkish Foreign Minister visits Finland

Abdullah Gül, Foreign Minister of Turkey, will visit Finland 17 October at the invitation of Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja.

During the visit the ministers will discuss among other things Turkey's negotiations for EU-membership, bilateral relations between Finland and Turkey and international issues.

Minister Gül will also meet President of the Republic Tarja Halonen, members of the Grand Committee and the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Parliament and representatives of Finnish business life.
