Service fees in Finnish missions abroad

At the Embassy of Finland in Tokyo, we prefer payment in Japanese yen with cash. The Embassy does have a payment machine, but only American Express and JCB credit cards are accepted.

All prices are in euros (EUR) and Japanese yen (JPY), which vary according to the monthly exchange rate.

For the Finnish citizens, forwarding the population information notification to the Digital and population data services Agency; 1) when visiting the embassy, pay with card or cash in Japanese yen, or 2) if you send documents by post, first contact the embassy by email Consulate.TOK(at)gov.fi and you will receive payment instructions for bank transfer.
