Payment instructions:

Our service fees are indicated in euros (EUR). Fees indicated in Chinese yuan (CNY) vary according to the exchange rate of the euro. Fees updated: 1.6.2026

Shanghai Consulate General:
At the Consulate General of Finland in Shanghai, service fees may be paid with a Chinese debit or credit card, or via WeChat/AliPay. International credit cards are accepted only in exceptional cases.

Embassy in Beijing:
At the Embassy of Finland in Beijing, service fees may be paid via AliPay, with a Chinese debit or credit card, with international Visa or MasterCard cards, or by bank transfer to the Embassy’s bank account. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment must be completed before your visit to the Embassy of Finland. Please bring proof of payment to your appointment. Cash payments are not accepted.
