Britain's Under-Secretary of State Bill Rammell visits Finland

Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs Bill Rammell from Britain will visit Finland on Wednesday, 26 January, and will meet with Minister for Foreign Affairs Erkki Tuomioja. The ministers will discuss current international affairs, including the Helsinki Process and Prime Minister Tony Blair's Commission on Africa initiative. They will also talk about issues related to forest certification and public procurement and other bilateral issues.
