Service fees in Finnish missions abroad
Payment can only be made in Canadian dollars by card, by certified cheque or by money order made payable to the Embassy of Finland.
Fees are non-refundable and are subject to change according to Finnish Foreign Ministry's exchange rate fluctuations. Service fees are based on decrees stated by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of the Interior of Finland.
The new passport can be picked up from the Embassy of Finland or Finnish honorary consulate in Toronto or Vancouver by the applicant or a person authorized by the applicant. Otherwise, please provide a prepaid, self-addressed Expresspost or courier service envelope for forwarding the passport securely to you (e.g. Canada Post Xpress, Purolator, FedEx).
