The transparency register

Transparency in decision-making and in the operation of public administration has been a key priority for Finland since the very beginning of its membership in the European Union. As an EU Member State, Finland will promote the principles of good governance and transparency.

In the interest of transparency, we actively keep track of and publish the meetings and appointments of Finland’s Permanent Representative, Ambassador Jori Arvonen and Deputy Permanent Representative Ambassador Lauri Hirvonen with different interest groups.

We will publish the name of each organisation or group, the names of the people met and the date of the meeting/appointment.
