Responsibilities of mission
The Embassy of Finland in Copenhagen promotes bilateral relations between Finland and Denmark and functions as a part of the Finnish Foreign Service.
The Embassy promotes and safeguards the interests of Finland and Finns as well as promotes business opportunities for Finnish companies in Denmark.
The mission of the Embassy is to:
- Actively promote Finland’s foreign and security policy, economic, commercial and social policy goals and stances in Denmark
- Provide analytical and targeted information in support of Finnish policy-making
- Promote the export of Finnish companies to Denmark
- Provide civic services
- Promote the image of Finland in Denmark
