Service fees in Finnish missions abroad

Payment instructions:

Payments according to the service price list are to be paid to the local bank account of the Embassy: kennitala 651082-0729, account number: 0101-26-095405. The service prices change monthly according to the exchange rate. Kindly notice that the bank may require a fee for the transaction. 

The Embassy does not have a card reader. Cash is accepted in emergency situations only. 

Mailing of documents:

Delivery of documents by mail is possible with a separate agreement. The documents are to be delivered in a registered letter. The customer is responsible for the mailing costs of the documents.

Passport photo:

To apply for a passport, the customer must have a passport photograph that complies with police requirements.
