Foreign Minister Tuomioja's statement on terror attacks in Amman

The global network of terrorism has attacked with shocking consequences on 9 November in Amman. Terrorism is to be condemned unambiguously always and everywhere. Finland is committed in strengthening international cooperation against terrorism. Minister for Foreign Affairs of Finland Erkki Tuomioja expresses his condolences to Jordanian King Abdullah II and the government as well as his sympathy for the victims' relatives and the injured.

According to the information received by the Foreign Ministry of Finland there are no Finns among the victims or the injured.
