Finnish participation in Antalya Diplomacy Forum
Finland participated to Antalya Diplomacy Forum held on 17-19 April 2026 in the city of Antalya in South Türkiye.
Finnish delegation consisted of Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Security Policy Outi Holopainen, Roving Ambassador for the South Caucasus Kirsti Narinen, accompanied by Ambassador of Finland to Türkiye Pirkko Hämäläinen and Second Secretary Tiina Kaarela. Under-Secretary of State Outi Holopainen represented Finland in a high-level panel about Counter-Terrorism.
Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF2026), is hosted annually by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye. This year the 5th edition of the forum was held under the theme of “Mapping Tomorrow, Managing Uncertainties”.
