OECD Secretary-General Angel Gurría publishes OECD Economic Survey of Finland 2014

The main themes of the OECD Economic Survey of Finland 2014 relate particularly to the economic effects of population ageing as well as to local government finances and local government reform.

OECD Secretary General Angel Gurría presented the OECD Economic Survey of Finland 2014 at an event convened by Minister of Finance Jutta Urpilainen in the Ministry of Finance on Wednesday, 12 February 2014.

In the Economic Survey, the OECD assesses Finland’s economic development and economic policy, and proposes recommendations for the Finnish economy. The Survey’s recommendations relate particularly to the economic effects of population ageing as well as to local government finances and local government reform. In addition, the Survey proposes recommendations on fiscal policy and structural reforms, the financial markets, innovations and green growth.
