The task of the Embassy of Finland in Rome is

to represent the Finnish government and to communicate the Finnish views
to further the interests of finland, especially in the common EU matters
to produce analysed information on Finland
to support the market opportunities of the Finnish businesses
to increase awareness of Finland
to offer consular services to finnish citizens

12 honorary consulates and two honorary consulate generals complement the network of Finnish representation in Italy, Malta and San Marino.
