Ambassador Arto Mansala new Under-Secretary of State
The President of the Republic has appointed Ambassador Arto Mansala to Under-Secretary of State for Administrative, Legal and Protocol Affairs at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs from the beginning of October.Arto Mansala has served earlier in the Ministry as Director for Russia and Eastern Europe and later as Director for Western Europe and USA. His postings abroad include Moscow, Oslo and Stockholm and between 1985-2001 he was Finland´s Ambassador to Budapest, Beijing, Moscow and Bonn/Berlin.
