Timo Heino appointed Director for Cultural Affairs at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs

Counsellor Timo Heino was appointed Director of the Cultural Unit at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland as of 15 March. Heino has previously promoted cultural affairs when working at the Finnish embassies in Oslo, Copenhagen, Kuala Lumpur and Vienna.
