Polish Foreign Minister Anna Fotyga visits Finland

Poland's Foreign Minister Anna Fotyga, who was appointed on 9 May, will visit Finland on Wednesday, 17 May. Fotyga and Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja will discuss current EU affairs featuring on the agenda of the incoming Finnish Presidency and other current international issues. The most topical EU affairs are the Constitutional Treaty, reforms in external relations, enlargement, the EU's policy on Russia, eastern neighbours and energy.

Foreign Minister Fotyga will also meet with Parliamentary Speaker Paavo Lipponen and Liisa Jaakonsaari, Chairperson of the Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee.
