Fieldwork grant for a Zambian student in the Programme for Luapula Agricultural and Rural Development (PLARD) in Zambia.

Closing date: 21 March, 2013

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland allocates funds to support academic research in the context of the bilaterally-funded rural development programmes.

• This support is in the form of small fieldwork grants to BSc, MSc and/or PhD -level students conducting studies that support the planning and implementation of the selected rural development programmes.
• Location of the fieldwork: Mansa, Luapula province, Zambia. Programme for Luapula Agricultural and Rural Development (PLARD).
• Scope of the fieldwork grant: Production of small-livestock feed based on on-farm resources. 

Submission of Research Proposals

Interested Zambian students shall submit a draft research proposal latest on 21 March, 2013 to the address: [email protected]

The research proposal, max. 5 pages, shall be supplemented with a motivation letter, a CV, and a support statement from the supervising professor/teacher.
