Book your appointments in advance with the Embassy of Finland for Immigration and consular services
From 21st May 2018 onwardsresidence permit applications and consular services such as Finnish passports, notarial certificates, legalizations and documents to the Finnish Population Information Systemwill be processed only by an advance appointment during the customer service hours from Monday to Thursday 9:00 – 11:00 am at the Embassy of Finland in Singapore. The appointment time has to be requested by e-mail at the address: [email protected]. Kindly specify in your e-mail your full name and what type of service you are looking for. In addition let us know your preference for the appointment time. The Embassy will confirm the appointment time to you by e-mail without delay.
