Embassy serves customers with an appointment. The mission's phone hour for immigration and consular inquiries is on Wednesdays between 9.00-10.00. Documents can be collected from Monday to Thursday between 12:00pm and 2.00pm from 3 March 2025 to 27 March 2025.

The Embassy will close on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, exceptionally starting at 2:00 PM, and we will be closed on New Year's Day, January 1, 2025.
