The newly appointed Ambassador of Finland to Vietnam, H.E. Mr. Pekka Voutilainen, officially presented the Letter of Credentials from the President of the Republic of Finland to H.E. Mr. Luong Cuong, President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, at a formal ceremony held at the Presidential Palace in Hanoi.

World Press Freedom Day highlights importance of freedom of expression for democracy and security

World Press Freedom Day is celebrated on 3 May. The day reminds us of the importance of free and independent media as the foundation for democracy, the rule of law and an open society.
