Service fees in Finnish missions abroad

Processing fees must be paid to the Embassy's bank account in Romanian lei (RON).  Cash, cheques and credit cards are not accepted as methods of payment. Any bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the payer. The original bank slip of the payment must be personally presented by the client.

If the residence permit fee is not paid using the Enter to Finland system, the full amount of the processing fee must be credited to the Embassy's bank account according the payment regulations.

There is no reference number used for the payment of the processing fee. The payment should include narration message in English regarding the content of the payment and the name of the client, for example " Passport / Residence permit processing fee for <Name of client>"
