The Embassy of Finland in Warsaw is hiring an Office and Property Services Attendant / Chauffer to join the Embassy’s Administrative and Maintenance Team.
The main duties of this position include transportation tasks, wide-ranging office service duties in the chancery, as well as diverse property service tasks indoors and outdoors.
Office and property service tasks include, among other things, mail and document deliveries, planning, supervision, and follow‑up of maintenance and repair work in the Embassy compound, minor maintenance and repair tasks in the property, as well as assisting in tasks related to organising and building up events organised by the Embassy.
Chauffeur duties include, in particular, transportation tasks for the Head of Mission. The duties may also include transportation of high-level delegations visiting Poland.
The position requires suitable education and/or experience in similar tasks as well as good English and Polish language skills.
Successful performance in the position requires a proactive approach to work, a service-oriented attitude, practical organizational skills and IT competence. The employee is required to have a category B driving licence and flexibility in working hours, as the work includes occasional evening and weekend duties. Strong local knowledge is considered an advantage.
We offer:
• a fixed-term employment contract of two years from 17.08.2026 to 16.08.2028 or as agreed, including a three-month probationary period;
• a monthly gross salary of 7500–8500 PLN depending on the person's competence profile;

The terms of employment are governed by Polish legislation as well as relevant guidelines and norms of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland. The final monthly salary will be determined within the range of 7500-8500 PLN (gross) based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate.
A basic security clearance (according to the Finnish Security Clearance Act 726/2014) or a local background check will be conducted on the shortlisted applicant with the applicant’s consent.
