Foreign Minister Ilkka Kanerva to Estonia

Foreign Minister Ilkka Kanerva's series of visits to the neighbouring countries of Finland will continue on 2 May with a visit to Estonia. In Tallinn, Kanerva will meet President of Estonia Toomas Hendrik Ilves, Prime Minister Andrus Ansip and Foreign Minister Urmas Paet.

The ministers will discuss international and EU affairs of current interest, as well as regional and bilateral questions. Discussions about the programmes of the new governments of Finland and Estonia are also on the agenda.

In addition, Kanerva's itinerary includes a visit to the Estonian Parliament Riigikogu and meetings with Estonian parliamentarians.
