Call for proposals to Tanzanian NGOs for core support to strengthen citizen participation and accountability
NEW! Responses to questions related to the call for proposals. This support in development cooperation is a discretionary government transfer. It will be awarded to an eligible Tanzanian non-governmental organization for support to the implementation of the Organization’s strategic plan during 2019-2020. The Organization’s strategic plan shall support the opportunities for citizen participation and accountability in Tanzania. Deadline for applications is 16th October at 12:00hrs.

Jorma Suvanto: Development cooperation has changed over the decades
Jorma Suvanto has been closely involved in Finnish development cooperation projects for more than 30 years. He last served as the Finnish ambassador to Nepal and will retire in October. He has had an excellent vantage point from where to follow changes in development cooperation over the decades.
