Israeli Vice Premier and Foreign Minister Shimon Peres visits Finland

Israeli Vice Premier and Foreign Minister Shimon Peres visits Finland on August 19. During his visit he will discuss the situation in the Middle East with Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja. He will also meet President of the Republic Tarja Halonen and Prime Minister Paavo Lipponen. From Helsinki Foreign Minister Peres will be travelling to Oslo on August 20.

The press conference of the foreign ministers, starting at 10.15, will be broadcast live as a RealAudio and can later be listened to as a recording.
