Abuja international airport will be closed on 8 March for a period of six weeks

According to the Federal Ministry of Transportation of Nigeria, the international airport of Abuja (Nnamdi Azikiwe) will be temporarily closed for the renovation of the runway, for a period of six weeks, starting 8 March 2017. According to the Ministry, during the closure, Kaduna International Airport will be used as an alternate.
