Concerning visa matters, Finland is represented by Germany.

When the embassy in Bangkok is closed, with emergencies you can contact the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland’s duty officer: telephone: +358 9 1605 5555, email: paivystys.um(at)gov.fi. Please note that visa matters are not handled by the duty officer. All calls are recorded.
