Residence permits

In Kazakhstan, applications for residence permits are accepted at the Astana visa center from citizens of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Instructions for booking an appointment can be found at https://services.vfsglobal.com/kaz/en/frp/book-an-appointment

Visas

The Embassy of Finland in Astana processes visa applications from citizens of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.

Visa applications from citizens of Kazakhstan are accepted at Finland's Visa Application Centre in Astana or Almaty.

Visa applications from citizens of Kyrgyzstan are accepted at Finland’s Visa Application Centre in Bishkek.

Visa applications from citizens of Uzbekistan are accepted at Finland’s Visa Application Centre in Tashkent.
