Embassy appointments for Passport, Identity cards, Notary and Residence Permit Matters

Embassy appointments can now be booked through our new electronic appointment booking service https://finlandappointment.fi/

New customer service time-slots can now to be booked through the new electronic appointment booking service. It is also possible to change or cancel booked appointments through this service. Furthermore, the log-in info from the previous appointment service can be used to make a new booking.

New appointment time-slots are opened for one month at a time and two weeks before the beginning of the month.

Unfortunately, the Embassy can only accept customers who have booked an appointment in advance.
