Changes to our consular service appointment system in the Hague from 6 April 2026
The old Slotti appointment system will be discontinued, and the Embassy of Finland in The Hague will introduce the new appointment system of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland for consular services.
From 6 April 2026 onwards, available appointment slots can be found at: https://finlandappointment.fi/
Appointments made in Slotti up to 5 April 2026 will remain valid. You can access the old system here.
In the new appointment system, you can book appointments for all consular services, such as:
- Passports and ID cards
- Residence permits
- Notarial services
- Citizenship matters
- Population information notifications
- D-visas
- Pick-up times for ready documents
All of the above services must be booked via the appointment system.
