The Finnish Embassy in Tehran has implemented an electronic appointment booking service at finlandappointment.fi (here is the link to the service) for consular services (such as passport applications, notarial services, citizenship matters) starting from 15.06.2026. Please book your appointment at the mission through the online booking service from now on.
Carefully read the instructions for different categories in the booking system before booking an appointment. You can find instructions also on our website.
Note that Schengen visa applications and residence permit biometrics are still submitted at VFS Global in Tehran.
