Stubb and Signmark: Disabled People Have Rights too
Finland was highlighting the status of people with disabilities in connection with the African Union Summit in Addis Ababa by means of concerts and a seminar. There are at least 80 million disabled people in Africa, who suffer from lack of human rights and resources.
