Address inquiries
There is no centralised address database in Hong Kong where you could inquire for up-to-date address information. To inquire for an address in Hong Kong, you can use for instance the Whitepages website, which is a public address and person search engine. The more information you have of the person and address in question, the more reliable the search results will be. The service requires registration and most search functions are chargeable.

Certificate of No Criminal Conviction in Hong Kong
You can find the instructions for applying for a Certificate of No Criminal Conviction on the Hong Kong Police website.
To apply for a Certificate of No Criminal Conviction, a supporting letter addressed to the Hong Kong Police from the Consulate General of Finland in Hong Kong is required. The Hong Kong Police have defined specific requirements for this letter.
The employer or an official authority must contact the Consulate General regarding the need for such a letter for the individual concerned. For the preparation of the letter, details from a valid passport as well as, if applicable, a Hong Kong ID card are required. The individual requiring the supporting letter must collect the letter in person from the Consulate General, where the applicant's identity will be verified at the time of collection. The Hong Kong Police will deliver the Certificate of No Criminal Conviction only to the Consulate General, from where it will be forwarded by secure email solely to the employer who requested the certificate.
A fee in accordance with the service price list ("Other document or certificate issued by a mission") is charged for the preparation of the supporting letter."
