The Embassy of Finland in Manila has implemented an electronic appointment booking service starting June 1st, 2026.
An appointment is needed to visit Embassy to apply for a passport or id-card, for notarial services, citizenship declaration and DVV-notifications. Please book your appointment through the online booking service from now on.

Note that Schengen visa applications and residence permit biometrics are still submitted at VFS Global in Makati.
