The 3+2 format meeting includes representatives of the mediators - the Russian Federation, Ukraine and the OSCE - as well as the European Union and the United States as observers. The Transdniestrian settlement negotiating process also includes meetings in the 5+2 format with Moldova and Transdniestrian region.
