Visas: 

Lebanese citizens and people with a permanent residence in Lebanon can leave Schengen visa application at Visa Application Centre (VFS Global) in Beirut. 

VFS Global answers all inquiries regarding visa matters.

Jordanian citizens or persons permanently resident in Jordan can apply for a visa at the Norwegian Embassy in Amman, which represents Finland.
