Foreign Minister Stubb to attend the London Conference on Afghanistan

Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb is visiting in London on 27–28 January. On Thursday he will take part in the international conference on Afghanistan, where the situation in Afghanistan and support for the country will be discussed widely. The conference will have more than 70 participating delegations as well as, among others, President Karzai of Afghanistan, United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.

On Wednesday Foreign Minister Stubb will meet, among others, with Shadow Foreign Secretary William Hague and will give a talk on the EU’s transatlantic relations at Chatham House.
