Changes in the electronic appointment calendar of the Embassy
It is no longer possible to cancel and rebook the same appointments in the calendar.
The Embassy of Finland in Pristina is aware of the challenges and problems regarding the electronic appointment calendar for residence permits. The Embassy thanks all customers for the valuable feedback. The issues are taken seriously and possible misuse of the calendar is being investigated together with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
The Embassy recommends all customers to book the appointment themselves. The electronic calendar is free to use.
The Embassy does not cooperate with travel agencies or other third parties.
We recommend customers to submit the application in the EnterFinland service before booking the appointment for identification at the Embassy. The appointment must be booked with the applicants own information, not for example the information of a family member or the employer. The Embassy will receive only those customers who have a confirmed appointment with their correct name.
If you cancel your appointment, please note that you can not rebook the same appointment. It is not possible to cancel an appointment and transfer it to another person.
Customers are advised to monitor the electronic calendar regularly. If there are no available appointments on the calendar, check the calendar again later. The Embassy is doing its best to shorten the queues and receive as many customers as possible.
