Finland expands the reception of visa and residence permit applications in the USA

Finland will expand the reception of visa and residence permit applications to the VFS global application centre in Miami, USA. Reception of applications starts at the application centre on November 29, 2023. The permit centre is located at Visa Application Centre, Miami 2655 S Le Jeune Road, PH-1A, Coral Gables, Florida 33134 Miami.

Residence permit applications must always be submitted to the centre in person. Residence permit clients must make an appointment to visit the permit centre. The application must be completed as before at https://migri.fi/enter-finland(Link to another website.). The Finnish Immigration Service will continue to process all residence permit applications.

At the permit centre, the applicant is charged a service fee in addition to the visa or residence permit application fee. The website of the licensing centre(Link to another website.) and the customer service telephone centre will be opened on November 16th 2023.
