Slovak Foreign Minister Lajčák to visit Finland

Slovak Foreign Minister Miroslav Lajčák will visit Finland on 13 May at the invitation of Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja.

Mr Lajčák’s full title is Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic.

The topics of discussion include the Common European Security and Defence Policy, EU enlargement, the current situation in the Middle East, the Eastern Partnership and bilateral relations between the two countries.

Lajčák will also meet with the President of the Republic Sauli Niinistö and Minister for European Affairs and Foreign Trade Alexander Stubb.
