New Deputy Secretaries-General at the OECD

OECD Council approved on 20 February 2007 the proposals of the Secretary-General to fill the four vacancies for Deputy Secretaries-General. The four newly-appointed Deputy Secretaries-General are:

Aart Jan de Geus, Netherlands (Political Economy of Reform)
Thelma Askey, United States (Global Relations)
Pier Carlo Padoan, Italy (Future Strategic Vision for the OECD)
Mari Amano, Japan (Policy Coherence dossier).
