Travel authorisation letters for passengers who are permitted to enter Finland or transit in Finland via Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport during emergency conditions are available below. The letters can be submitted to the authorities if necessary.

Travel restrictions on transiting passengers are in effect at major transit destinations as a precaution against the spread of the respiratory illness caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19).
