Nordiska och baltiska ländernas NB8-utrikesministermöte ordnas den 30 augusti i Helsingfors. År 2011 är Finland det koordinerande landet i NB8-samarbetet.

Filippiiniläissyntyinen Samuel Loo Tee on työskennellyt Oslon suurlähetystön paikalta palkattuna autonkuljettajana ja vahtimestarina vuodesta 1986. Neljännesvuosisadan ura tekee hänestä suurlähetystössä pisimpään työskennelleen henkilön.
